PreciousWish Cancellation and Returns and Refund Policy


RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

Personalized gifts can only be returned in the event of an incorrect item or if it is damaged. Our return policy is applicable for 2 days from the date of delivered item, unfortunately, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after this period.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and it must be in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please provide the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase via email to support@preciouswish.com, along with the reason for the return. Upon acceptance of the return, you must send the product back to us in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a communication through a communications channel (Email, WhatsApp and on-call etc., which is faster) confirming the receipt of your item. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 working days. Please note that there is typically some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you haven't received the refund, it's advisable to check with your bank or credit card company, as they may require additional time to complete the transaction.

If, after checking with your financial institution, you still haven't received the refund, please contact us at support@preciouswish.com for further assistance.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for refunds; only regular-priced items may be refunded.

REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGES POLICY (ONLY IF APPLICABLE):

We will only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email at support@preciouswish.com and we will share our mailing address for replacement.

Damages and Concerns:

Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the items and promptly get in touch with us if you discover any defects, damages, or if there's an error in the received item. To streamline the resolution process, kindly provide an opening video for each delivered product or item. This video will assist us in thoroughly assessing the issue and taking the necessary steps to make things right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items fall into non-returnable categories, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have specific questions or concerns about a particular item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Note: Please be aware that returns cannot be processed for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

For a swift resolution and to ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend returning the current item in your possession. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. This process guarantees a faster and more efficient exchange.

SHIPPING POLICY:

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide accurate delivery address and phone number details when placing an order with PreciousWish.com. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery arising from inaccurate addresses or locked premises.

PreciousWish.com collaborates with various delivery partners, making every effort to meet requested delivery dates. However, certain circumstances may lead to unavoidable delays.

Refunds cannot be initiated for issues resulting from customer actions, such as typos, incomplete address details, or inaccurate recipient contact numbers.

The provided delivery times and dates are approximate estimates. While we strive to deliver PreciousWish.com products within the specified timeframe, we cannot accept liability for any unforeseen delays.

Our dispatch endeavors focus on sending out products the same day, provided items are received before 12 noon, ensuring prompt delivery for instant delivery orders, personalized products, or gift items. For all other items, the dispatch will occur, and delivery is scheduled for the next working day for orders received after 12 noon. Additionally, orders involving printing or personalized products may require additional processing time, and the shipment will adhere to the timeline specified on the product page. While our free delivery service covers all of India, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, and claims for delayed delivery will not be accepted. In cases where high delivery charges apply, customers will be informed before the product or item is delivered. If you need further assistance or have questions, please feel free to contact our customer support team at support@preciouswish.com and we will share our mailing address for replacement.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

The time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary based on your location. For shipping items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

Approved returns will receive a refund of shipping costs up to Rs. 100, along with a refund for the cost of gift-wrapping, if applicable. If return shipping charges exceed Rs. 100, especially for large and heavy items, contact us at support@preciouswish.com for an additional refund. Proof of payment, such as a courier receipt, must be submitted for this additional refund.

SHIPPING PINCODE REQUIREMENTS:

It is the user's responsibility to accurately provide the correct pin code in the delivery address. The provided pin code should correspond to the accurate delivery location. Occasionally, the mentioned address may not align with the designated pin code for that area.

If an incorrect pin code is entered in the address section, the following scenarios may occur:

  1. If the entered pin code corresponds to a Non-Serviceable area, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be initiated. The system verifies the pin code for delivery and may accept orders if the entered pin code is serviceable, even if the address is not.
  2. In cases where our team contacts you regarding an incorrect pin in the address, and you wish to proceed with delivery to a new pin code, charges for the newly added pin code will apply. The order cannot be canceled and refunded if you choose not to pay for the charges associated with the correct pin code.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once a delivery has been made in perfect condition to your address, orders cannot be canceled. If you still wish to cancel such an order, a gift voucher will be issued after the product is returned to Precious Wish.

Recognizing the potential need for order cancellations due to inadvertent errors or unforeseen changes in plans, PreciousWish.Com strives to accommodate such situations whenever possible. Given the personalized nature of most orders processed immediately upon receipt, cancellation is feasible only if valid payment has been received and processing has not progressed to a stage where personalization commitment has occurred. Timely cancellations will be swiftly processed, with refunds issued within 7-10 working days, subject to relevant deductions as Precious Wish products are entirely personalized. Customers are expected to adhere to PreciousWish.com's decisions in this regard, while orders lacking valid payment face automatic cancellation unless approved for Cash on Delivery service.

Customer-initiated cancellations may result in refunds or coupons depending on the type of goods and when the cancellation was made. Ordinarily, placed orders are non-cancelable unless Precious Wish is unable to fulfill them. In cases of post-order change of mind, the amount will be held in the customer's account for redemption towards Precious Wish products within 6 months from the order date. Should additional time be required for redemption, customers can contact Precious Wish with a valid reason, and the maximum redemption timeframe is capped at 12 months from the order date, in adherence to PreciousWish's cancellation policy limitations.

Customers requesting cancellation must send an email to support@preciouswish.com with their order number. Cancellations are possible only if orders have not been processed or personalized, with applicable cancellation charges. Personalized products are non-refundable or exchangeable.
