The delivery of all our products spans across India and is facilitated by various courier service providers. For inquiries regarding delivery, customers can contact our customer support or the courier service using the provided tracking ID via email or WhatsApp. Collaborating with multiple delivery partners ensures timely deliveries, although certain conditions may cause unavoidable delays.
Ordinarily, orders are dispatched within 1-7 days after payment receipt, contingent on the type of gift or product ordered. In cases where a future delivery date is chosen, the order will be shipped accordingly. Some personalized items may require more than 7-10 days for preparation, and communication channels will relay information about extended packing times.
There are a few circumstances when delivery of the product/item/gift will show the delivery with express/one-day; these may change depending on your present location on the browser, and final delivery dates or estimations will be updated based on the delivery address and location.
Delivery schedules or dates provided for delivery are estimations. Although we make reasonable efforts to meet given delivery times, we disclaim liability for any failure to deliver within the stipulated timeframe. Refunds are not possible for delivery delays, and customer-initiated issues such as typos, incomplete addresses, or inaccurate recipient contact numbers are not eligible for refunds.

Complaints reported after this timeframe will not be considered. Customers bear the shipping costs for returning items, and these costs are non-refundable.
Exchanged product delivery times vary by location. Physical gift orders are typically delivered between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays. For e-gift orders, delivery is virtual through email, WhatsApp, or call, depending on the chosen gift or product.
As of now, international shipping is not offered. Any potential extension of services to international shipping would involve delivery through DHL Express or trusted delivery partners, with customs duty charges borne by the end receiver.
